Even the same fruit or vegetable can be prepared many different ways which can change how it tastes. If you don't like one, try another! Try any vegetable more than once — you many change your mind!

 

Learning about Blueberries:

  • Are very convenient, just wash and eat, no need to peel, hull or pit
  • Provide some natural sugars for energy — the darker the color, the sweeter the taste and the more of a treat
  • Are a good source of vitamin C
  • Provide dietary fiber

  • Can be eaten fresh, frozen or canned — good in fruit salads, ice cream, pie, drinks, cakes, summer puddings, crepes, muffins, sorbets and even breakfast cereals
