Who should be involved in completing the Healthy South Dakota Worksite Wellness Survey?
First and foremost, management support of completion of the Healthy South
Dakota Worksite Wellness Survey is critical. If your worksite has an
established wellness committee, members of the committee will be a good
resource when completing the Healthy South Dakota Worksite Wellness Survey. If
your worksite does not have a wellness committee, it may be necessary to

The work can be spread out over as many sessions as you need. You can enter the
survey with your login name and password as often as you choose.
Can our worksite benefit from the survey even though it is
very small?
Worksites of all sizes benefit from Healthy South Dakota Worksite Wellness
Survey. The survey was designed so that all questions apply to all worksites,
regardless of size.

After you have submitted your survey, the information will be compiled in a database. It may take several weeks between the time you finalize your Healthy South Dakota Worksite Wellness Survey and the time you are notified to enter the site and receive your report.
