Worksite Wellness Goals & Objectives
In order to show that changes made in the workplace have had an impact, it’s necessary to develop objectives and determine the means to measure them.
An objective reflects changes in knowledge, attitudes, and/or behaviors. The objective should state the change that will occur by altering a policy or environmental barrier. For example, by improving a walking path near a workplace facility, hopefully more people will use the path and increase their physical activity as a result of this environmental change. It is necessary to develop clear, time-oriented, and measurable objectives.
